Sometimes, all you need is a pause in the day to ground yourself, release and reset. By blocking off one hour in your busy schedule, you’re ensuring that your needs are seen, heard and prioritized. The Heart to Heart provides you with whatever you need in the moment. I can guide you through this hour by facilitating an Inner Voice session, doing Reiki, or creating a Plan of Action based on your brain dump that day.

If there’s a project that’s looming and/or has taken the backseat, the resistance could be coming from many different places. Let’s explore that, first. Often, the roadblock is simply a matter of time (or lack thereof). As important as organizing is, it’s often not urgent…until it is. The Catalyst is designed to get that project to the forefront, and make a noticeable impact on its progress. We’ll work together for a whole month to make sure the organization is completed with purpose and intention.

1 consultation (Virtual)
12 hours of hands on organization (On Site - Minimum 2 sessions, Maximum 4 sessions)
Ongoing conversations via text/email
1 month access to The Laundry Room
1 follow up call
$60/hour for every additional hour needed within the given month

Organizing is like working out - it’s best to stay consistent, and it can take a determined effort to learn and implement new habits. Momentum helps ESN clients with this integration, and provides continued support so that you don’t slip back right where to where you started. We will work together for a cycle of 6 weeks, with a format of your choice.
Option A: Six 60 minutes virtual meetings to discuss progress, challenges and successes. (Virtual)
Option B: Three 2 hour hands on organizing sessions to refresh or tidy up a previously organized space. (On Site)
Both options include 2 months access to The Laundry Room.

I love a good co-working space! The Laundry Room was created to provide accountability, support and community. Join us via Zoom for 60 minutes of working on our own projects, together.
Details: $22 for one month access to The Laundry Room. (Virtual)
